Prepared for Aliven Method

The Marketing
Blueprint

Come home to a message that converts.

BLUEPRINT SESSION  |  SEPTEMBER 9, 2026

How today works

Everything you see is a draft. Your reactions make it right.

1

We present

Every piece was built from your own words: the pre-work, our July call, and your members' real comments.

2

You react

Gut reactions are data. If a line does not sound like you, we fix it together, live.

3

We decide

Four decisions get settled today. Pricing and the high-ticket program arrive as recommendations to approve or adjust, the DMT question arrives with our recommendation attached, and the lead magnet details are genuinely open.

Agenda: where you are, what we heard, the market, your message, your homepage, your emails, our offer and pricing recommendations, the growth plan, what happens after, next steps.

Where you are today

Your numbers, from your own pre-work, shared the way you shared them: honest, not inflated. No judgment, just the starting line.

The honest read: the product is loved, the audience is small, and nearly every member met Shani in person first. The whole job of this plan is to make the message do what meeting Shani does now.

What we heard

Your words and your members' words. This is the raw material for everything.

The problem, in her words

  • I'm struggling to find quality yoga classes where I live.
  • Feeling numb, tired, on autopilot, disconnected from herself.
  • You have feelings but you cannot actually feel them.
  • Before class, almost every woman says: Hi, I'm here and I'm really not flexible.

What Aliven must never sound like

  • Just another online studio
  • A Boho Beautiful knockoff
  • Cringy spiritual monetization
  • Selling body transformation or weight loss

Love love love, what a perfect reset to come back to myself.  Bernadette, member

The market picture

Checked September 4, 2026. The full sourced report is in your folder.

What online memberships charge

Alo Moves (3,000+ classes)$12.99/mo
Melissa Wood Health$14.95/mo
Boho Beautiful$17.99/mo
Practice with Clara (solo teacher)$18.99 to $34.99/mo
Glo$30/mo
The Class$40/mo
Aliven today$45/mo

The gap is real

Everyone sells fitness, flexibility, or convenience. Nobody sells therapist-grade movement for emotional reconnection. Come Home to Yourself has no collision.

Shani's claim checks out

No consumer dance movement therapy membership exists. Legitimate DMT lives in graduate programs and clinics at $60 to $180 per session. The only online movement membership built by a master's-level dance movement therapist is defensible and checkable.

The four rules of the message

Every word we show you today passes these tests.

Zero cognitive load

She instantly knows what Aliven is and what to do next. Clear beats clever, every time.

Linked to survival

Energy, strength, presence, connection to herself. Real stakes, never vanity.

Memorable and repeatable

If a happy member cannot repeat it to a friend, it is not finished.

The customer is the hero

She is the hero of this story. Shani is the guide who has been where she is.

Your BrandScript

The StoryBrand 7-part framework, built from your pre-work.

A character

A woman who wants to feel at home in her body and connected to herself

Has a problem

The villain is autopilot: she feels numb, tired, disconnected. In her words: "you have feelings but you cannot actually feel them"

Meets a guide

Shani: a professional dancer who found yoga from a wounded place, 10+ years teaching, master's in dance movement therapy

Who gives her a plan

1. Join   2. Plan your path   3. Practice anywhere

And calls her to action

Direct: Start your membership.  Transitional: the Free 5-Day Reset

That helps her avoid failure

Another year on autopilot: stiffer, more tired, and further from yourself

And ends in success

From on autopilot, to at home in herself. A woman with a practice, wherever life takes her

The five PEACE soundbites

The cornerstone of the Messaging Canvas. React to each one out loud.

P

Problem

Without a real practice, you end up living on autopilot: stiff, tired, and disconnected from yourself.

E

Empathy

Shani was a professional dancer who found yoga from a wounded, painful place. She built Aliven so movement could be about how you feel, not how you look.

A

Answer

Aliven Method is challenging classes you can do anywhere, taught by one teacher who actually knows you.

C

Change

You become a woman with a practice: stronger, more present, more connected to your own body and feelings.

E

End Result

Wherever life takes you, your practice comes with you. You are at home in your body. You have come home to yourself.

SESSION DECISION

The words that run everything

The controlling idea filters every post and email. The tagline stays. The one-liner is one breath.

The controlling idea

Movement brings you back to yourself.

The kill filter: if a post, email, or page does not say or serve this idea, it does not ship. It resolves straight into the tagline.

Keep the tagline

Come Home to Yourself

Member-proven, founder-loved, zero cognitive load. Identity shift in one line: from on autopilot, to at home in herself.

The one-liner (recommended)

Most online classes are too easy to change anything, so your practice fades and you end up tired and disconnected from yourself. Aliven Method gives you challenging classes and a teacher who actually knows you, so you can come home to yourself.

The brand story

Read aloud in session. Shani, this is yours to correct.

Shani has been a dancer for as long as she can remember. Dancing professionally taught her two things: that movement is her language, and that the dance world can be brutal to a woman's body.

She found yoga from a wounded, painful place. On the mat, her body was accepted. Her strength was a good thing. Movement stopped being about what it looked like and became about how it felt.

She went on to teach for more than ten years and earned a master's degree in dance movement therapy, a practice that almost does not exist online.

Aliven exists because every woman deserves what the mat gave her.

Come home to yourself is not a slogan. It is what happened to her.

Your new homepage

Complete copy is drafted and Payhip-buildable. We walk it top to bottom.

Hero

Come Home to Yourself, one direct button, one transitional link

Stakes

Tired of movement that doesn't reach you?

Pillars

One membership. Four ways back to yourself. (The pillars are HOW, never the what)

Guide

Meet Shani: empathy first, then the credentials

Plan

Join. Follow your path. Come home to yourself.

Proof

Real member comments, verbatim, first names only

Pricing

Monthly and annual today, plus the personal program placeholder

FAQ + close

Do I need to be flexible? answered head-on

Plus: exportable arched graphic assets so the new sections look custom inside your current builder.

SESSION DECISION

The Free 5-Day Reset

Replacing a quiet trial link with a transitional call to action. The argument comes from your own funnel.

What your numbers say

  • Last 90 days: 4 trial starts, 2 conversions, on roughly 1,350 visits.
  • The 2-of-4 conversion rate says the offer works when someone actually tries it.
  • The 4-of-1,350 start rate says almost nobody is being asked in a way she can say yes to.
  • So the argument is placement, not popup magic: make the ask visible.

What we do instead

  • The Free 5-Day Reset: five short classes, one per day, by email. Assembled from five existing library classes; Shani records only five one-minute intros.
  • Lives in the hero, plus a popup run as a 30-day test with a kill switch: if opt-ins do not beat the current trial rate, it comes down.
  • You see a designed preview first (timed or exit, once per visitor, easy dismiss, in the mock-site style) before anything goes live. If Payhip cannot host it, the fallback is a MailerLite embed or the hero alone.
  • Decision: the Reset as drafted, or a reworked version of the current trial.

The email engine

Both sequences are fully written, in Shani's voice, ready for MailerLite.

Re-engagement: the 208 you already have

  • Email 1: it's been a while, the honest reunion
  • Email 2: I'm really not flexible, the real problem
  • Email 3: what's inside Aliven now (99 classes)
  • Email 4: one question, one invitation, then quiet
  • Plus 3 text variants for the 40-number list. Text converts high and runs first.

Welcome nurture: after the Reset opt-in

  • Days 1 to 4: one class per day, empathy first
  • Day 5: Shani's story, the guide revealed
  • Day 6: the invitation, one clear button
  • Every email: one idea, one link, mobile-first
  • This sequence is your scientific lab before any ad dollar is spent.
SESSION DECISION

The offer: two tiers

Both ends of the market, nothing mushy in the middle. Now with names.

The Aliven Library, with the Studio above it

Low ticket, zero friction, high volume

  • Self-serve: 99 classes and growing weekly
  • Easy yes, the front door to everything, feeds the high tier through the nurture
  • The Studio tier keeps the intimacy (path call, WhatsApp line, Shani's feedback) exactly as your 10 members have it today

The Homecoming Program (working name)

High ticket, personal, deliberately scarce

  • 12 weeks with Shani, opened at $3,000 in consultations, 5 pilot seats. Our recommendation, with the evidence; tell us where it lands wrong.
  • Application and a real conversation, Shani introduced early, never a buy button
  • Guardrail: we say the credential, never treatment, diagnosis, or outcome claims; your attorney confirms any therapy wording before it publishes, with BB supplying the exact claims list

Our recommendation: dance movement therapy is the SPINE of the high tier, positioned as credentialed movement work, not treatment. It is the one asset no competitor can copy, and it is Shani's founding idea. Shani reacts first; it is her degree and her call.

SESSION DECISION

Pricing: our recommendation

You asked what to charge, so here is one answer, not a menu. Today you approve it or adjust it; nobody designs from scratch.

The ladder

The Aliven Library (entry, self-serve)$19/mo or $190/yr
Founding launch: first 20, held for as long as they stay$10/mo
The Studio: path call, WhatsApp line, Shani's feedback$45/mo or $450/yr
The Homecoming Program: 12 weeks, 5 pilot seats$3,000 anchor

Why this works

  • $19 sits inside the verified creator band of $12.99 to $24.99; $45 as the front door sat above every brand we checked
  • The founding 20 at $10 is the velocity test from our July call, counted publicly, then $19
  • The boutique story moves to the Studio, where the intimacy lives; Practice with Clara charges nearly double for the same shape
  • Your 10 members: nothing changes. All are Studio automatically at their current price, and the 2 annuals ride out their $450 term.
  • $3,000 for 12 weeks sits inside verified somatic-program norms of $1,500 to $5,000

The five-names campaign

Your cheapest growth lever, and it is already proven.

30%

of your current members came from ONE member's referrals (Jenna referred 3)

Honest expectation: 3 to 6 new members, at zero spend

How it runs with 10 members

  • Not a program. Ten personal conversations.
  • Shani asks each member personally, voice note in her own words: would you think of up to five friends who might love this?
  • Griffin sends a forwardable two-sentence note plus a personal signup link per member.
  • Referee keeps 50% off the first month, the offer that got your first 5 or 6 members.
  • Reward (recommended): a free month plus a members-and-friends live class with Shani. Relational, costs zero cash.
  • Shani closes every loop with a personal thank you. Three-week window, then it ends.

The organic engine

Slice, don't add: reels cut from the 2 to 3 classes Shani already films weekly.

“I'm really not flexible”

Problem-first talking reels in the members' own words. The flagship. 1x per week.

Class slices

Cuts from library filming: sequences, modifications, Shani's voice. 2x per week, Griffin edits.

“But We Are Real”

One dance movement therapy concept taught plainly. The franchise no competitor can copy. 1x per week.

Letters, Out Loud

Shani reads one line from the week's newsletter. Posts 1 to 2 days before it sends.

Ads: ready, and waiting on purpose

You have lost money on every ad so far. Not again. The copy is written; the gate decides when.

The readiness gates

  • The warm 208 have converted first
  • The Reset opt-in is live and beating the old trial rate
  • One cohort has gone opt-in to paid through the nurture
  • Analytics and pixel verified (GA is not connected today)
  • A written test budget cap you are comfortable losing
  • 3+ reels per ad set ready

What is already written

  • Cold campaign: 3 primary texts, 5 headlines, all driving the free Reset
  • High-ticket campaign: Shani-forward masterclass ads for later
  • Retargeting: testimonial, the not flexible objection, and a no-urgency reminder
  • Creative direction: real classes, real Bali, the arched motif, zero before-and-after bodies

The plan, in three phases

Each phase has an exit gate. Data decides, not feelings.

1

Message live + warm re-engagement

Weeks 1 to 4

New homepage and Reset live, emails to the 208, texts to the 40, five-names referral push. No ad spend.

2

Convert and test pricing

Weeks 5 to 10

Nurture running, founding-rate velocity test, first high-ticket consultations, organic engine at full rhythm.

3

Paid traffic

Gated

Meta ads to the Reset, then retargeting, then the high-ticket funnel. Platform migration decided here as its own project.

Weekly numbers check, monthly optimization pass, annual message review.

The scoreboard

All free to track, under 30 minutes a week. Griffin owns the sheet.

Reset opt-in rate

Is the new transitional CTA beating the old trial?

Email opens, clicks, replies

Which words move your warmest people?

New members by source

Organic, referral, email, or text: where growth really comes from

Referral asks and names

Whether to run five-names again next quarter

High-ticket conversations and price reactions

Where the anchor price lands

Member count and churn

The one number the whole plan serves

Not on the scoreboard, on purpose: follower count. Email signups are the score.

What you receive, and when

The invoice maps to this list. You own all of it.

In hand at the session (today)

  • The refined BrandScript, one-liner, and tagline decision
  • The five PEACE soundbites
  • The pricing decision: our recommended ladder, approved or adjusted
  • The marketing plan with agreed targets and exit gates
  • Every draft as it stands: homepage, emails, texts, ads, organic plan, sourced research

Finals by September 23

  • Locked homepage copy, both email sequences, three text scripts, the ad library
  • The named graphic asset package: hero frame overlays, section dividers, testimonial card templates, Reset end card, pricing badges, bio header, and the leaving-Bali QR card. PNG and Canva formats, built for Payhip's builder.
  • The high-ticket consultation outline and objection sheet (a full high-ticket BrandScript later is the standard $1,500 add-on)
  • The platform comparison one-pager: Kajabi vs GoHighLevel vs staying put

The mock website, plainly: the deliverable is the copy plus this asset package built in the mock site's visual style, applied to your current Payhip site. From day 15, Griffin and Shani execute per the Who Does What table, with BB reviewing the built homepage before it goes live. And every piece of messaging is reviewed by a woman on our team, on the finalized Blueprint, before it ships.

SESSION DECISION

What happens after, honestly

You asked for an affordable ongoing arrangement on our July call. Here is the answer, with no passive voice.

Included in the $4,500, in writing

  • One revision pass on any Blueprint copy asset within 30 days of final delivery. If the Reset or the re-engagement underperforms, fixing the words is not an upsell.
  • A BB review of the built homepage before it goes live
  • Finals by September 23, woman-reviewed before they ship

Our recommendation: the First 90 Days

Launch support, quoted as one project total at the session

  • A weekly 30-minute working call through the Phase 1 and Phase 2 window
  • BB review of everything you build (homepage, popup, sequences, referral scripts) before it ships, plus copy adjustments based on real data
  • Ends at the Phase 2 exit gate, a natural graduation point. Capped, so it cannot surprise you.

From day 15, execution is Griffin and Shani per the Who Does What table, with the First 90 Days as the safety net if you choose it. The standard ongoing tiers wait until membership revenue can carry them.

Decisions we make today

Four decisions, and none of them starts from a blank page.

1. The price

Arrives as our recommendation to approve or adjust: the $19 Library, founding 20 at $10, Studio at $45

2. The high ticket

Arrives as our recommendation to approve or adjust: The Homecoming Program, 12 weeks, $3,000 anchor, 5 pilot seats

3. The spine

Arrives with a recommendation attached: dance movement therapy as the spine of the high tier. Shani reacts first.

4. The lead magnet

Genuinely open: the Free 5-Day Reset as drafted, or a reworked trial? Popup test: yes or no

The words themselves (tagline, one-liner, soundbites) get corrected live as we go. And one call that is yours alone: the First 90 Days launch support, yes or no.

Business Builders

Come home to a message that converts.

Next: Business Builders delivers every final by September 23, woman-reviewed. From day 15, Griffin builds and Shani approves, per the Who Does What table, with the First 90 Days launch support beside you if you choose it.
